Just to check, would this do anything for me (home playing through modeller) that my mixer wouldn't?
Please note my communication is not very good, so please be patient with me

I'm enjoying mine, it's great it's sounds nice and perfeft for a quick noodle whilst working from home, very convenient, and less of a faf than an amp

Cool!  Are you just plugging straight in or using an amp sim/modeller?

Run off batteries, and move around easier.

Similarly, could I run the FX send from my amp into one of these for silent practice?
Potentially, but whether that's safe for your amp, or indeed silent (bypassing your amp's speakers) is another matter entirely.

Oh, they also advertise that you can use the supplied jack-jack cable to connect to an iOS (and presumably Android) device for recording purposes. The blue version has an XLR Mic in, as well as instrument jack in, so presumably it'd also function as a primative interface for recording guitar and vocals?

Hmm if that's all then I think I'm better staying with my mixer. I think my mixer can run off batteries as well but I'd rather not use them due to the wastage

Got one of the blue ones 'cos I've been wanting a headphone amp for a while, but never wanted to spend too much. Seems to be a good wee tool. Has about 2 knobs too many when you're not chaining them together, but that's not a problem

And I was using it as an iRig alternative yesterday using a modeller on my phone and it worked great  :+1:
