Will the classifieds have to be suspended?

With the Lockdown announcement ,only shopping basics and exercise allowed ,how would you get to post or get a courier to collect your parcel?
You cant really meet up either 
Perhaps time for a classified lockdown?

Meeting up to trade guitars isn’t a justifiable reason to leave your home under lockdown. I’m sure couriers will still be OK to use.

I had a chat with our postie this afternoon.

PO are defined as key workers.

Can always use collection services from the major couriers. Although prices may spike...

Police force is stripped to the bone... enforcement is likely to only be in built up areas and after hours IMO.

That’s not really the point.

It’s not really about whether you can get away with it etc but the underlying reason of slowing the spread of covid19 as best as possible to not overwhelm the NHS.

Please follow the Govt guidance.

"Use your common sense", surely this the first thing that might help you and you loved ones  get through this ? I'm sure there are ways and means to conduct commerce over the next few months. Possibly, unless you don't own a guitar, this is the period given to all of us, to become a decent player while discovering that changing the general shape and electrics of your current guitar isn't going to make you better, but practice might. Praise Covid 19 , you can now find out.

You're allowed out the house once a day for exercise; I'd be more than happy to argue with PC Plod that a brisk walk which may or may not include a trip to my post office counts as my exercise tally for the day.
