My band, Kurtz - last gig under this name, it doesn’t suit our new singer! - will be at Henry’s Cellar Bar in Edinburgh along with Land Of Cakes and The Leg. Doors at 7, we’re on second.

First gig since I broke my arm in August... I’m fully fit, although I’ll be playing a shorter bass than before .

This Saturday night (19th) in playing at the Derby Theatre with proggy outfit Sigma 7 and Derwent Brass. Bunch of people I’ve never gigged with before (apart from the vocalist who’s a mate).

The hotel doormen are gonna freaking LOVE it when we turn up to offload a bastard drum kit, Tom Waits blasting outta my son's little Skoda
