Burning Sky are at The Foresters, Crosland Moor, Huddersfield tomorrow (7th April). Early kick off (6ish) as befits a school night.

Tomorrow night (26th) my new band, Gun Money, are playing The Harrington Arms, Thulston, Derbyshire. First official gig with these boys!

First music thing they’ve done for a long time. I’m a relative regular in there and the landlords been asking me for ages to come and do a gig as a bit of a tester. As you probably know, it’s not the ideal layout for gigging so it’ll be interesting to see how it works.

Tomorrow night through to Sunday night is Dorking Westival - 50 acts spread across the 3 pubs in West Street of Dorking (Surrey).

It's a bit (a tiny bit) like Glastonbury because if you don't like what's on at one venue you walk literally a few metres to another.

@cols and I are on at 6PM-ish Saturday at the Star.

All gigs are free, everyone's playing for nothing, there's a collection and all funds go straight to the Grange Centre which helps people with learning needs. https://www.grangecentre.org.uk

The Verticals are at Stone Lawn Tennis club again on Saturday for a 40th. We've not played out since before Christmas and I'm very much looking forward to it. It'll be my first gig with my 52ri Tele.. hopefully it'll all be ok.

Getting the funk out at the United Bretheren in Chelmsford tonight. My first ever gig in this fair city despite it being within an hour of home! Added bonus of a house sound system.

Tomorrow a wedding/function in Maldon with the same band.

It's been a couple of weeks and I'm up for it.

Horse&Groom pub in Derby.
Bank holiday mayhem of 10 bands from 1pm, we're on about 9.
Massive mix of small and big bands - original, covers, rock, metal, ska, acoustic, folk. We had a full brass band one year and some of The Levellers another. Real ale, bbq, kid friendly. Get on down Derby people.
