October was a bit quieter than usual for me on the running front: 91km / 11 runs
At least I managed new PBs over 5k and 10k though

210km in 17 runs for in Oct, highlight was Fen 10 in which I got a 10km PB of 44:57 and 10 mile PB of 01:12:36

A month of contrasts for me this October.  98 miles in total over 11 runs,  with a marathon on 1 October then a few short runs,  followed by a 32.9mile ultra on 21 Oct,  since when I did just a couple of short runs. 

Now have something of a running break whilst I focus on strength and conditioning base building work so numbers for Nov and Dec going to be very low.
