Yeah what the hell. Vocals were fine on Down On The Farm and can barely hear them now on Rocket Queen. How disappointing.

If Rocket Queen is only just on now then I wasn't listening to Glastonbury earlier. Must have been another show, sounded like he wasn't enunciating any words.

I love a guitar solo as much as anyone, but about 50% of every song just seems to be Slash soloing.

Love to hear Civil War. And I'd forgotten how much I just love Slash's playing. Something weird happening with the sound as discussed - didn't hear what Axl said before but he was complaining about the monitoring I think. But yes please just give me massive riffs, les pauls and top hats and I am a happy man.

He’s definitely one of the busiest lead guitar players around.

Slash is 100% carrying that band. Axl and Duff look knackered.

It's a decent performance, I think.  Or at least better than I expected.  And for all the comments about Axl, he's in fucking great shape, vocally and physically, compared with some contemporaries like Vince Neil or Don Dokken.

It all feels a bit disjointed though.  Very little interaction between the band members, they each seem to be occupying their own little worlds.  Slash's facial expression has changed so little he might as well be wearing a mask, never mind the hat and shades.

I think it's a great performance. The TV sound guy definitely isn't helping. And they could have cut out about 5 songs. But Slash has been absolutely brilliant.
