No noticeable difference here in London although the dog did come and sit on my lap and was a bit shaky.

it was a bit odd. I was out running as it got darker and colder, looking at the slightly cloud shaded sun was weird.  Feeling it warm up as the moon went away and the sky gods were pleased with the sacrifice was nearly as odd.

I got absolutely nothing, took the children at nursery out to watch it, it didn't even go slightly dark! Ah well, I'll just have to live a while

Went up to Inverness yesterday because I wanted to get as far north as reasonably possible at short notice, back in 'nam now, went to watch the eclipse from the shores of Loch Ness this morning, didn't see much but for a bit the clouds thinned a little bit.  Really pleased I went up there though.  Beautiful place.

I saw the dimming light through a window in work, while sat in a meeting, listening to idiots arguing over figures nobody gives a rat's arse about...

Did the pinhole viewer trick with my shirt as the screen in the office.

There was quite an audience, though some wag suggested it was an iMax screen.
