Fat Bob is based on the Dyna.
Looks like this:
The Breakout is closer to the Fatboy, both being based on the Softail.
I'm not looking at this as being my touring bike- I have the RT for this.

Still very rusty but it's starting to come back.

Never ridden one but it looks the business.

I've kinda moved off the Harley thing- I rode a few this week and had a think about it, other than something that is aesthetically nice I can't see what it would give me above the RT and it ties up a lot of cash.

I'd have a Grom for kicking about on.
You can pick them up:
I'm thinking about going back to getting either a dedicated track bike or some old Triumphy type thing.

Actually I'd get a Moto Guzzi Eldorado 1400 but I'm funny that way.
The Moto Guzzi Griso is an option- that handles much better and is a similar vibe in a lighter package.

The Eldorado should be a bit more comfy than the Audace, which I also found a bit fish/fowl. Not a fan of mid/ front mount controls with drag-ish bars.

Somewhere in the region of £50,000 I believe
I'm not spending £50k on a bike.
they look terrific though.

Apparently it has twin discs either side of the front wheel designed to look like drum brakes but with ridicule stopping power.
Still, I think I'd prefer a Norton Commando.
I've been in France for the past 10 days, the Alps more specifically. Managed to get in all of the peaks that the Tour de France did on the final Saturday - Col des Aravis, Le Grand Bornand, Col de la Colombiere, Col de Ramaz and the Col de Joux Plane.
All in all 1700 miles of riding in 10 days.

If you do get over there and get the chance, ride / drive the N5 out of Geneva / Gex in the direction of Dijon - the view at the top of the climb looking back over Lac Geneva and Mont Blanc is awsome.
