Latest amp reviews in Guitarist

I'm hoping that - in time - our reviews section will develop into a more valuable reference resource than the mags or YT channels.

Honestly? I kind of doubt that Tony. Nothing beats Youtube for gear reviews imho.

I'd take the scores away from the reviews and just let the reviewer give their opinions. I suspect they might talk more freely then. It implies a product could be better than another but the depends on the context and purpose so imo the numbers are a meaningless distraction.

I've yet to see a gear review on YouTube. I've seen tons and tons of demos and really enjoyed watching them, and many of them have influenced what I've bought. But I've not seen one actual review.
