I was feeling real funny about splurging on two good amps - hopefully they'll be fantastic and that'll do me! :)

Nice to see a few Jet City amps in there, usually amongst much more expensive amps.

For my part, I have three amps:

Laney Linebacker 30W solid state thing (my brother has it at the moment...it was my first amp)
    Jet City JCA50H (currently with @monquixote )
Victory VX Kraken (never leaving my grubby paws)

I'll probably get something else at some point, for a more portable backup than the JCA50H if the band comes back to life - maybe another JCA22H (had a few of those), but also...maybe a Victory RD-1. I'm pretty sure I can make that work with the Digitech GSP1101 to do most of what I get from the Kraken, even though it's single-channel. Hell, I may even use the power section for stereo-ness.

Do it, always good to have a choice if you fancy something a little different. Mine are all current. The only other two I've had were an old Hughes & Kettner attax combo and a Mesa tremoverb head. The tverb was lovely, sold it because I thought I had too many. So what I have now is one less than the most I've had. I'm the same with guitars, too many really, but each is loved for its own thing.

I own 2 identical Blackstar HT5 heads and one home made 1 x 12" cab. That's all I got. If I had the dough to buy a Matchless or a Two  Rock though I would but it's not something I'm interested in enough to save up for.

For guitar, I've got two Yamaha SR50-112 combos, four Mesa Boogie combos; Subway Blues, Lonestar Classic, Stiletto Ace, Electrodyne and currently a Fender Rumble 100 [Mesa replacement being sought!] for bass noodling.

Can you tell I'm a Mesa fan?

    Just the two.

    Ashdown Peacemaker 20 - 20w 1x10 combo - love it as it's very controllable.

Fender Ramparte - 9w 1x10 combo - can't get on with it at all - I've played through it twice since I bought it new, and it's back in the box it came in.  It has NO clean headroom, but it looks fabulous.

What I really want/need is something small and quiet, but with lots of clean headroom.  Does such a thing even exist?

    I only have 3...

2 for my dual rig in the band...Orange Thunderverb 200 and Matamp GT1

1 for home use, EB amps Guvnor - which is an aussie made amp, 25w EL34's, clone of a marshall JMP lead/bass...only 1 input but has a bright and dark volume to blend in together.

also buying soon, somekind old peavey bass combo for my noise desk.
