Which Actor Had/Has the Best Speaking Voice.

Don't know if we've done this yet, but......................
As in the title, not singing voice but speaking voice, tons of great actors past and present. I think my Favourite is James Mason.
Such a commanding, confident and sophisticated voice with perfect delivery.
One particular scene I like is this.

When I was a kid in South Wales, just about to join the Navy, I thought all English people spoke like that. Di I get a shock with Geordies, brummies and cockneys in my class, thought at first they were foreigners!
