New Band. We need help with a name.

It's harder. Sometimes you look at names and it was a band that existed for two gigs and one YouTube video, but it still comes up when you google it. If you are aiming at the local pub circuit it doesn't matter, although there are quite a few instances with multiple bands of the same name ( Toad the Wet Sprocket come to mind) who have gone beyond that.  As long as the other band aren't current, maybe change the spelling I think it's okay.

Yeah i did think some of that and some i hadn't considered.

We're not ever looking at playing any gig in any pub and we're looking at writing and recording an album so we know we want something original and hopefully unique.

I said to Colin........."I need to spend the day in a library i think !"

I did come up with a reasonable name totally genuinely on my own and then found out when googled it's a song by Public Enemy.........'Lost at Birth'.

I can't see that being easy to use but i like it well enough, albeit slightly whiny and pretentious to me.

This makes playing the guitar seem easy !

Aye it's tough. I came up with a name a few years ago which wasn't taken so I secured the .com and the .co.uk.
Still haven't used it, but it's there if I do.
