A 71 year old friend is staying with us this week. He's training for an event next month - 5 marathons in 5 days, so asked me to take him out for some training runs. He's dragged me along at a pace of 5 mins 40 per k, against my normal of around 6 mins, which is a great workout for me.
Not to be outdone, his 72 year old wife went paragliding yesterday, now we're off to go-kart down a mountain.

Back is paying for it today, but glad I did it with the Tri looming close. I'll back off the running until next weekend I think, save for one leg loosener on Tuesday night after a cycle, to get my legs used to the transition.
