Wife and daughter are out, so I'm making the lad a homemade quarter pounder burger with some cheesy fries and I'm having a plated up leftover roast pork dinner, microwaved to hell!

Chili. Made it yesterday, so the flavours should have had time to develop. Got a nice bottle of beer chilling too.

Hotpot, it's been in the oven for three hours & It's going back in to brown the potatoes. It smells really good Yum.

What is this "left over Xmas chocolate" you speak of? Ours has always gone by new year. Unless it's the orange and raspberry creams from a box of Roses, (no one actually eats those do they?)

MrsTheWeary has yet to open her Chocolate Battleships ( not a euphemism) and I've still got a chilli chocolate pizza (!) that hasn't been desirable with anything else at all available as an alternative. Alternatively there's a Xmas pudding we bought very cheap in January and a whole Aldi stollen still in the cupboard.
