In the end I had a chicken cup-a-soup, 2 small sausage rolls and some ice cream.

Before I get slated for not eating properly, I had chicken and pasta, and a yoghurt at lunch.

I missed lunch so had pizza and wine for dinner. Things are therefore back in order.

    Minestrone soup and bread.

Feeling like shit today so I've been off work. Soup is generally good with a sniffle.

I can't help about the shape I'm in, I can't sing I ain't pretty and my legs are thin

Burns night supper ( sort of): veggie haggis, tatties and neeps ( well, various veg). Followed by left over xmas chocolates probably.
What is this "left over Xmas chocolate" you speak of? Ours has always gone by new year. Unless it's the orange and raspberry creams from a box of Roses, (no one actually eats those do they?)

We're having lamb steaks, garlic mash and veg.
MrsTheWeary has yet to open her Chocolate Battleships ( not a euphemism) and I've still got a chilli chocolate pizza (!) that hasn't been desirable with anything else at all available as an alternative. Alternatively there's a Xmas pudding we bought very cheap in January and a whole Aldi stollen still in the cupboard.
Mmm, ok I can see why the chocolate stuff got left behind then. Chocolate pizza though?! Really? As in a proper pizza base with chocolate on or just chocolate in a pizza shape?

Just pizza shape ( I think) but with chilli in the chocolate. I like pizza, I like chocolate, I like chilli but I'm not sure the combination of all three is the logical conclusion to that.

  • I had home-made lasagne and chips (the wife makes batches of lasagne in takeaway containers when she's bored, ready for proper cookin' in the oven).

    'twas bloody marvellous.

I'm just walking across the car park from my hotel to the local Pizza Hut.  It's the only place that has anything with vegetables in it (the salad bar).  My other options are a) McDonalds, b) KFC, c) F&B's or d) something cold from Tesco.

None of which I fancy because a) it's shit food, b) it's cruel food, c) it's ping food and d) I don't like cold evening meals.
