I'm getting faster and being able to run further which is very good.
Now I've got to foam roller the hell out of my legs.
All's not well though. I'm ready to stop after 5km this week. I suspect I need a few more calories during the day.
Total now 63km.
For some reason my right arse cheek starts aching like hell at just over 3km and gets painful at about 5k - not that I ever run more than 5k

I always run much better after a rest period. I like to get under 25 at the Parkrun on Saturday. That would be less than 2 mins off my best. We'll see. I'll probably feel like death and run really slowly!
