    2 Miles yesterday morning jogging/sprinting/walking next to my daughter on her bike, then 5.1 miles in the afternoon.  35.8 Miles for February so far.  Going to give the 1.5 mile challenge another go today after my interview, aiming to dip under 10 minutes!

    3.8 miles this afternoon.
    Completed the 1.5 mile challenge in 10:01.  So close to breaking the 10 minute barrier, my heart was ready to fall out of my arse by the end, average 6:40 per mile, never ever thought I would get that fast.  Thanks everyone who is taking part, it has really helped to keep me motivated while I'm in between jobs.

  • 5km yesterday, 10km today = 158.5Km

    Noticed the difference on my 10Km today with three midweek runs rather than two.

    Didn't quite get under 25m at the parkrun.  I managed 25:07 which I'm more than happy with.   I'm volunteering next week then moving house the following weekend so I've got 3 weeks of training before I try again.   Somewhere around 24m would be good.

  • Another slow couple of weeks for me. Been on holiday so only did 2*7k then. A recurrence of my back problem (herniated disc) meant doing yoga has replaced running. 

    146 +14 +6= 166.

    Looooooong run in 32 degree heat.
    Feeling pretty good for it though.

  • Phew! After binning my long run last week, and only running twice this week until today, I manage 11.5 miles so the HM is definitely on.

    Hampton court half marathon this am. Too long for me - didn't enjoy it but got round. 121km so far.

  • A few runs since I last logged any, 17km in total including a pacy 8km and a super slow attempted run with my dog, who likes to stop and sniff things.

    I felt good and wanted to do more but needed a poo and I've developed a massive blister that needs popping, it was hurting.

    I really need to man up and think about doing a Paula Radcliffe if it happens again.

  • 8.9km this morning.  Getting faster and running further and feeling good, if knackered.

  • Quit full-time work on Sunday. First run in ages after sinusitis and 60 hour work weeks. 5km hurt a bit but a nice pace at 27.28. If all goes to plan, I'll have two months off so I can run most days.
