DDP yoga has been great for me. I started a couple of years ago and saw great results in terms of general well-being and fitness (for want of a better word). Due to laziness I just stopped but now I’ve started it again I really enjoy it.
The Arthur Boorman video is incredible but tends to leave out the dietary changes that he made. Still, I can only assume that the yoga has been helping me in between sessions of C25k as I don’t feel anywhere near as sore which always put me off any form of running in the past.
Another 10k this morning. Wanted to get 8 or 9 miles in but cut short due to time constraints and the fact the Dog was a bit warm by that point.
She’ll need to stretch her legs later so might do a 5km with her tonight.
I guess I should have a week off from running, but anything else I could do or should have done? If it just a pulled muscle, or more like a tear?

Then up early Wednesday morning (5:30) for a long 8 or 9 mile run to beat the heat.
I finally hit 100 miles for the year over the weekend too.
The 12 mile commute to work this morning helped loosen them though, I think.
didn't make it out yesterday morning as the little one was up a lot of the night.
Wanted to make up for it this morning but came downstairs to 4 runny shits that the dog had done in the lounge, so spent two hours cleaning that up this morning!
Going to try and get out in the morning.
Another 5 miles this morning. Was getting warm already at 7:30. Legs felt heavy and weary but still kept a good "race pace"
