As a person who suffers from nut allergies I am always cautious about what I eat in a restaurant. So you can imagine my horror when I went to the toilet during a meal and caught sight of myself in a mirror.
My skin was pale and pasty.
My lips were swollen and rubbery.
My voice had gone high and weak.
