if the LP isn’t already gone, I’ll have it.
And if you hadn’t guessed, I’m in Norfolk, so no shipping required!
Lets hope they don’t go to EBay flippers eh
it’s the best colour
I'd tried to price these so that I could offload some unused gear to somebody that would want to play them and at the same make a little bit of money (without inflating the used market) that might otherwise have gone to some massive company making a new guitar from a freshly lopped bit of mahogany. In reality I've ended up with a ton of PMs from people that would like to drive halfway across the country to take 2 or 3 guitars off my hands which - and I do apologise if I'm misrepresenting anybody - I suspect might imply that there is some profit to be had here.
So following this and the various comments about the uniquely competitive nature of the pricing on offer, I'm going to take the unusual sales tactic of increasing my prices just a little. I'm also going to say in the interests of transparency that I'll just sell one guitar per person (sorry @Kittyfrisk , @dazzajl and others!) and that priority will be given to those who live locally who can collect (as there's got to be some benefit to living in 'Civilized' Norfolk - sorry also to @mikeyrob73
). The revised pricing is:
- Les Paul Tribute with a colourful history - £375
- Colourful Baja Tele with an uneventful history - £475
- Bareknuckle Apache pre-wired pickguard with free strat shaped wood - £450
I hope that's all still reasonable enough not to price anyone out who'd really like to use or mod the hell out of these and doesn't seem like too much of a money grabbing dick move. Beside, I'll need the extra income to pay for the physiotherapy on my thumbs after replying to all these PMs.Thanks again to all those who have got in touch so far and I really do apologise to anyone who's time I have wasted or intentions I've misinterpreted.
Cheers,
DrHungry
Don't get me wrong: still very solid prices.
