^^Wahay, yet again we have a very short video with nothing showing why the man is in cuffs (that doesn't happen for nothing) and yet someone with a phone can film just exactly the one bit they want to.

Being punched in the face while handcuffed isn't right, also its not a phone video its the police officers bodycam.

This was on the national news tonight, missed it but caught the end, seems like there's an investigation because of the video footage.
