Yes, actually !  That's very helpful.

I sometimes wonder if I'm a bit aspergery, as I don't automatically get it that some folk don't find ranting and complaining all that entertaining.  I think it's enormous fun and very cathartic !  I've just always assumed that it's as much fun to read my ranty posts as it is for me to write them.

I am very misanthropic - I'm deeply suspiciious of people, their motives, their real feelings and I think that basically, most (not all) people are sneaky, selfish dicks.  Maybe I've been let down a lot for me to form that opinion, I don't know.  Funnily enough, I was watching AC/DC's River Plate concert this week and in one brief shot there was a guy on the shoulders of someone, swinging his top around his head to the beat and the most joyous of looks on his face.  I found myself replaying it a few times as it made me smile.  He looked so happy, I was happy for him and it was a nice feeling.  Then I thought maybe my misanthropy is excessive and that there is joy to be found in the human race.

It's a start.



He was probably a puppy murderer though.

@Handsome_Chris my face pretty much exploded, and I sort of chundered. By "sort of", I mean is it really a proper chunder if the cava goes down your oesophagus and comes immediately back up?
