But seriously, I’d never pay to play a Burst. I’ve found myself in the right place at the right time to play 3 of them (a 58 and two 59s) and as fun as it was, they just sounded like decent Les Pauls to me.
Definite vibe and mojo. But sonically? Like any other well built single cut and nothing that the best contemporary single cut couldn’t deliver through a half decent amp.
