What Squier Would A Fender Master Builder Buy?

Identified with some of his choices. I do my set ups the same way (though probably not as good).

Agree strongly about string spacing / edge rolling. Big issue with classic Fenders there.
Agree about pickup preference.
Don't agree about satin necks. Prefer gloss myself. Maybe I'm the only player who lets the neck go when changing position?
Agree about 7.25" rad necks. Needs to be flatter.
Neck shape? Not too bothered TBH. Some shapes feel nicer but no big deal.


Those other two guitars? No. I'm never going back to 21 frets.

I think it just shows how much personal preference should come into play. The Classic Vibes are great guitars for the money, but they're really not for me. High gloss thin neck ruins it for me completely. 

I feel like a lot of people think they're meant to like something because they're told it's good, rather than feeling comfortable saying "this is great, it's just not for me."
