Is it just the picture or does it not have straight string pull despite the Strat style headstock? That seems an odd design choice.

I don’t think the Gibson Trini has straight string pull either.

Hmm, dunno about that.  Someone of his stature would've been offered all sorts of models and all sorts of money.  That blue guitar was his choice.

Still got that authentic laurel fretboard.

Fender has gone back to rosewood for vintera ii, would like to see epiphone do the same at the likely £1400 plus price.

Sadly still the same lumpy in the wrong places Epi 335 shape they use on all their semis.

I know this has been said before. But Gibson (and epiphone) pricing has become so crazy lately… I can’t see that a 1400 epi is ever going to make sense…. 

I had an actual 335 off here for £1850 last year… with Gibson written on it

Very cool guitar. Bit also so strongly associated with Dave Grohl that you'd feel a little self conscious playing one in public.

Gibson electrics a nice upgrade, but as others have said it will be priced ridiculously

Shit the bed. That’s a nice surprise. It’s all about price for me though. If it’s a straight bag of sand I’ll have one, which means I’ll probably never own it.
