I've still not experimented with this amp, every time I put it on I play and then play more until hours have passed.

It really is that good (for me). Realised it's the only Marshall I've ever owned too.

I hated marshall tone years ago but gave this a go as I loved the slash tone.

Now I'm in love with the time again. Marshall have pulled it off with this amp.

I know this is sold as a slash amp but it really is just a box of blues rock sounds, it's so bloody good.

Stuck my p90 equipped SG in to it this morning, just awesome in all kinds of ways. Going to try it with a strat later see how it does.

You had fx loop added, anything else? I'm ranching a line out headphone socket myself so even when I have to play silently I can use it instead of a pod.

Slightly off topic but is there a big difference between the Harley Benton and the Cornford in the way they sound?

I've got the HB with v30s but have always wondered how it compares with other v30 cabs...

Just the fx loop I've had added and wow i'm impressed. Sounds perfect for me now, was really missing my delay pedals.

You should get the loop mod added

Headphone outs sound crap in my opinion if going straight to phones. What i always do is take a feed from the fx send and run into some impulses on the pc and then headphone out from that. Also using the plugins power amp sim for an EL34.

Obviously a line out would be the way to go in order to keep the amps power section in the chain

Well I've sold the Cornford cab as the HB sounds just as good to my ears. That cab is a total steal at that price. sounds great and is well built.

Yeah my band members couldn't believe how cheap it was. They said you can't even buy 2 v30 speakers for that price
