Reminded by another thread… and sacrilege to some people no doubt, but:

Camel - Stationary Traveller

A brilliant, emotive album which captures the atmosphere of the late Cold War perfectly. I've listened to a lot of their other stuff, including The Snow Goose which is supposedly their best, and I just don't get it at all… sorry!
