Are there any FRFR powered cabs that are any good with bass?

I have a lovely guitar and bass cab, but I swap instruments a lot and the cable swaps annoy me.

It really depends on how loud you like things.  I've used a RCF 715a with bass and it sounds great, just don't expect the thump of a wound up Ampeg stack ;)
I might try using a bass cab for guitar and fiddling with IR and EQ instead.

done a quick run through of the new pickups in my PRS using Helix, dont know if anyone cares... and i mean it was a quick one take run through!

I've got those in my Les Paul - amazing pickups!

So who all is using the Mission expression pedal for Helix?

I just can't get my Boss FV-500 to work no matter how I jump the cables and the Line 6 one is a squeaky plastic toy.

But can I really justify £130 for something that doesn't make noise???

Is it just a standard Dunlop style wah enclosure?

I'm not knocking the Mission, but at that price I'd stump up the extra £50 for a Source Audio Reflex, which does an awful lot more.

So I've had a look... And im not sure what it does :')

If I'm using it purely with Helix does it give me any benefits?

Wait scratch that, think I have the hang of it. I could use up all of the helix exp inputs, use the Helix midi out to change patches on the source audio with patches on the Helix and send LFO to any of the exp

    Hmmmm interesting!

Yes. Well, potentially, depending on what you want of an expression pedal.

For me it was that it also adds external LFOs that can be assigned to any controllable parameter in the Helix. It also has adjustable tapers and MIDI and stuff.

However, if you just want (for example) to have one expression pedal for volume, and one for wah, the Reflex probably isn't worth the extra.

The Helix is a jolly good bit of kit, with some limitations and irritations which vary from person to person.

Superb. Expect a call from the Line6 marketing department, and hold out for a decent rate.

Oooh. I've always wanted one of those, just so that I can do that "I'll stake my Pulizer on it" thing.

For a second honour, could you summarise the arguments for a Brexit with similar brevity and elan?

That is true... its also very light though :) and all mine is doing is changing delay depth and feedback
The Fractal EXP pedals are excellent btw if you see one going cheap

Yeah the weight(lessness) of them is a major bonus.

Hmmm.... I'm probably just throwing money at something I could just live with

Whilst the floor is open for questions, how about the amp models? Are they up to Kemper / Fractal standard? (sorry, I know there's already a place to ask this but they only seem to care about how it sounds
    in church...)
