Passed my Cat C this morning (about 10 minutes ago).

    3 minor faults :/
Another Lamb to the Slaughter !

    WELL DONE.

    Tough going but worth it.

You can do Class 1 pretty much straight away, or at least as soon as you get the actual licence back from DVLA.
Whatever you do, good luck out there.
If you end up on 'Nights Out' in the cab, let me know and you can have what cab-camping kit i have left.

    All the best man.

    Things changed for me again.

Grade 4 prolapse on Monday, back to square one like i was last October.

Patience is indeed a virtue and it makes guitars look cheap with how much it can cost sometimes.

Sh1t man nobody would wish that on you! Seems so trite to say hope it sorts itself out (although I do) ...
"Working" software has only unobserved bugs. (Parroty Error: Pieces of Nine! Pieces of Nine!)
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself

    Thanks Phil

Sorry it's took me a few days to come back this.

I'm basically housebound now until the Surgeon works out a new examination appt and then ultimately a new surgery date.
In the meantime i have patience and a guitar.

I'm sure there's an original song in all this somewhere........

    I'm BLOODY sure !!!

The song's already been done - cf The Moody Blues' "In The Beginning":

"Meet piles of trials with smiles - it riles them to believe that you perceive their web"

Then segue into a great song, "Lovely to See You".

  • Passed C+E test this morning. The reversing part was fun, seeing as I'd never driven anything with a trailer before last week! :)

    Good for you man !

As long as you always remember that you're just pushing the trailer backwards from one end, it will always make sense.

I only commented this morning how much i don't miss the truck.
I surrendered my HGV Licence in February and i've never been happier being off the road but my health now wouldn't support it anyway so it was inevitable anyway.

Good luck out there and when the going gets tough and you think it's all going wrong,................That's exactly what's happening and it's ALL up to you to stop it happening and make it all right.

I don't envy you but you should be proud of yourself,

    Well done man.
