Friedman Pink Taco.. Holy cow batman!!!!!

Not sure if that was aimed at me Si or at RRR, but for me the Pink Taco has consistently brought a huge smile to my face, it just does that whole marshall/van halen thing with that extra 5% that makes it really fun and easy to play. It's in a different league than anything else i've had. It's also proving to be very versatile, i'm doing some low gain rock stuff at the moment with a band (stones, creedence, bad company etc) and the PT is allowing me to play plugged straight in with no pedals....which i've never done before. This is the only amp i've ever had that actually lets you play fully old school with the just the guitar controls, a lot of amps claim to clean up well, but this one actually does, with no need for treble bleed caps in the guitar etc.

just ordered another be100 from peach should be getting in a few weeks, really missed the friedman but had to flog it to cover my deposit for my house

I agree the price is ridiculous! I didn't pay that much for mine but then I got mine over a year ago. Worth every penny tho.. I couldn't imagine not having one as it's killer in the studio! Have you tried one @Si_ ?

i didn't want to pay that much either, so i bought the Pink Taco, which might seem expensive for what it is, but for me it's worth every penny, and it does everything i need

i have 2

a 1x12 with Creamback and a 4x12 with V30s/T75s in an X pattern.

Might try greenbacks instead of the 75s at some point, but it sounds pretty mean as is to be honest

I just played mine while watching Bayern vs the rags, it was a joy, even my Van Halen licks sound good with this amp!

Just been informed by peach my BE100 will be arriving tomorrow with them and their friedman delivery, I cant wait ive really missed this amp!
