I've never seen the appeal with the Americanised Cobras. They look much better plain IMO

That looks Americanised to me, Sticky: The steering wheel's on the wrong side of the car!

From the late 70's to the early 90's I drove Ford cars (becoming collectable) before switching to BMW ..

It is - it'll top 200mph, massive ground clearance and same turning circle as a black cab. Bonkers. Apparently there's a more powerful one that'll hit 250....

There's a pair of special body MGBs behind the falcon, next to the general lee...

Had a pair of MG TCs at our wedding as wedding cars, that was fun.

Looks like a Le Mans MG in there, next the The General, or is it a Triumph GT6? Can't quite make it out.

Both special body MGs I think - nice they are too! I just wish I could have a look round the storage area - it's full of vintage & modern classics. Lots of interesting shapes under covers...

Mate of mine bought a Trident Clipper a couple of years ago, I'd never seen one before. Based on an Austin Healey chassis. Sold now, and I never got any piccys. Doh!

For some reason that gave me a mental image of doing both at the same time :D.

1984 ish I built a 1600gt kit car ... with Cortina suspension and a Pinto engine. The little beast was a Motorspeed Magic. Sadly after the build and a few months of massive fun ... my first child popped into the world ... and the Magic had to go. I sold it to a good friend who was a mechanic and he continued to have fun in it. I lost track of him and the car ... then eventually found out that he had died tragically young (35) from a heart attack. I thought very little about my Motorspeed until this thread came up ... then I was going to tell the story and illustrate it with a generic pic of a Magic. Turns out they are as rare as rocking horse droppings thesedays ... but to my surprise my very car turned up in a pick on Flickr

No idea where she is ... of if anyone is going to restore her ... but what a sad state. I could cry :(

There's the S, which has an aerodynamic supercharger effect over some ludicrous speed, and the T which was over 1000bhp. Both with inch-deep carpet in the foot wells. :D

I just love the fact that Bristol wouldn't let James May into their London showroom just because he knew Jeremy Clarkson.

I'd be really pleased if the above is true.

The bangers I liked in the museum-  orange un's a Dodge Charger (probably an RT) would be much nicer minus the racing numbers & flag on roof. Why do they do this to them?
    White un's a Ford Falcon I think.
