I've just realised that from the demo's we did:
    Phil - Yammy
    ES - Aria
    Tony - Kawai
    Me - Jap Gretsch
    DD - THR10

There is quite a lot of love for products from the East from our forumites of the East.

The "X-Traveller" was mostly made in the UK. :)

  • @Monquixote I bet a far amount of the electronix were built in the far east too. My AC30CC2X is chinese, even though  it does speak with a very convincing Vox accent. Apart from Rik's home-made pedals how many of the others were chinese?
"Working" software has only unobserved bugs. (Parroty Error: Pieces of Nine! Pieces of Nine!)
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself

I think the bulk of my gear is American (G&L, Most of the pedals), or German (Puretone, Warwick), though the Crunchbox is Australian.

EDIT: I've just realised the depressing thought that the only bit of UK gear I own are the pickups in my Strat.

And after some useless but time consuming video buggary I present a badly framed poor lighting and crap sound video...
That's great, Kevin, thanks, looking forward to see the rest. :)

    Phew

I finally summoned the intestinal fortitude to watch my bit of the video, and it's not nearly as cringingly awful as I thought it might be...

...this isn't to say that my performance is anything other than embarrassing, just that it's not as bad as I thought it might be - my thanks to @Loverocker (AKA Mr Ampmaker) for the amp kit and Paul Reed Smith for the guitar as they actually come out of it rather better than I do :-)
Don't ask me, I just play the damned thing...

    I was meant for @JayGee ... I hated your sound :P ;)

I'm going to have to have a play with the pickup settings on the Ghost they sounded really diverse.

I have produced more footage but Metoob is being difficult and put processing in a queue!

Hopefully after it and I have slept a result will exist.
