Would like to be well under 30 by the end of the year.
On target- Although my target is 1000k for the year I'm trying to keep to 100k per month to give myself some leeway for interruption due to injury/laziness/terrible Scottish weather.
Today hurt physically which was a nice change.

Today I breathed in through my nose and out through mouth for full 10km and was breathing like I would just sitting down, it's like I wasn't even exercising. Rest day may have helped? Feel great now.

Back to consistent 5k's for a bit.

I didn't really think it was possible to overdo it but I was wrong. I actually think the introduction of rest days could be a more positive move than running faster and longer for 6 days a week. I still get a choice to chuck in the odd 10k and 'take it easy' with the odd 5k and still feel like a million dollars for it.
I'm on track to hit my 357km target by Easter too. Might as well reset it to 1200km like you guys have for the year after that.
