That vid is 10 years old, my missus watched it the other day and reminded me!! Those were the days, I still practice as much as possible.

Yeah, the skullet was only cos he was taller than his hair in the middle though. Top bloke too.

Was Guitarfreek the guy from Ten Men Wide? I know it was somebody from the old forum. I remembered the band name and googled them, but can't find anything after 2004ish so presumably they didn't get very far.
