You have kept things going against all odds and you will continue to do so, no doubt about it, so allow yourself to grieve as you need to.

@thomasross20: Oh Man!!! I am so sad and sorry to hear this. You have been a tower of strength and support for the love of your life. No one could ask for any more.

The one thing to be thankful for is that she did not suffer in severe pain for too long, and that the end came swiftly. 

Right now, you must be feeling heartbroken, and that is understandable. It takes a while for it to sink in that a loved one is gone. Be strong to do what you have to do.

I hope you have family and friends around you. In time, you will all come around to celebrate the happy times you had together with the love of your life.
