At least 2 "I'm no fighter" comments and a "you don't get to be this old...." in this episode

I think this is most likely. It's a shame that we've all had so long to piece it together since, like R+L=J it becomes a bit of an anticlimax when it's revealed. However it happens, I think Jaime dies with her. They've basically lived their entire lives together. It would be appropriate.
Varys is drinking.
I don't think either of them are wavering enough to think about backing anybody else yet, but it would be interesting to see disenchanted Danaerys supporters falling in behind Jon Snow. #neverCersei

So, basically - Jon is the rightful heir to the Iron throne....!
And I admit - I marked out like a 10 year old Hulk Hogan fan when Davos announced he was off to Fleabottom and they showed someone in a forge....

Jon - Confirmed as a true-born Targ, son of the oldest son of the Mad King
Dany - Currently thought of as the only Targ, Daughter of the Mad King
Gendry -B'stard son of Bobby Baratheon, cannot be King unless legitimised
Cercei - Mother of the most recent King

When he joined the Night's Watch his vow renounced all titles he would have held or inherited.
Way back in series 1 when Sam and Jon first meet Sam explains how his father gave him the choice of joining the Watch and renouncing his inheritance so that Dickon could inherit the family lands and titles, or meeting with a fatal "accident" at some point in the near future with the same effect. Sam's sister will inherit now.
