Not necessarily whole albums, but there's a few songs I struggle with.
Cornflake Girl by Tori Amos was a favourite of mine years ago until I found out, quite by accident, what the subject matter was - I still struggle with it now.
Driving with the Brakes On by Del Amitri is difficult for me, again an epic song but the opening lines make me feel very uncomfortable.
I also tend to avoid music which has bad language for the most part. Sometimes it's done with artistic merit and I can accept it but mostly I find it uneccessary and used just for the sake of it.

I can't really listen to her music without thinking of this

Not sure how true that is but by the way she gyrates all over the place when she’s performing nothing would surprise me.

I wonder how the musicians, producers, etc, involved feel now about those records never being played.
It’s a shame, they made some great music that was part of the soundtrack to my uni times.

TBH she's so nutty that I don't think that'd bother her in the least.
Just listen to the lyrics in this one!
"The inspiration for "Cornflake Girl" came from a conversation she was having with a longtime friend about female genital mutilation in Africa, specifically how a close female family member would betray the victim by performing the procedure. Amos has said that growing up, the name they gave to girls who would hurt you despite close friendship was cornflake girls."
Sorry @MagicPigDetective, I missed your comment, but yes, as above, the whole FGM thing makes me feel really uncomfortable. Absolutely barbaric. I don't wish to put my head in the sand and pretend that it doesn't happen but neither do I wish to dwell on it every time a certain song comes on the radio.

I do find The Smiths a bit difficult to listen to now though.
