This talk of milk puddings has reminded me I used to like Cremola, a sort of yellowish, ground rice pudding that you baked in the oven. Nom nom.
A few weeks ago we had my brother and sister in law's 40th wedding anniversary. They are notoriously poor cooks so thankfully they organised a Chinese takeaway. My sister in law made Angel's Delight for their grandkids; the one lot are being raised on a sugar free diet so I suspect it was her passive aggressive way at digging at her daughter in law as much as her lack of culinary skills. It looked like dog poo in a bowl but the kids liked it.
