Did you know he was a right wrong'n in real life too? Read up on him. Not a pretty story.
(the actor I mean)
This film. Shat myself when I first saw it at around ten years old, but it put me on course to being a big fan of horror films ever since.
Hammer House of Horror
Cyberman
Tutankhamen - I was terrified of the mask and the mummy
A TV series about a child laid up in a house with these menacing rocks outside getting closer and closer
EDIT:Escape into the night was the TV series) but when it went to film, it was called Paperchase and was based on the book Marianne's Dreams.
I was too scared to go to their next Bar -B -Q but she had a truly amazing body .
We ended up living together for 7 years until I was 27 and she was 30 .......and had a brief affair 5 years later .
I hadn't seen her for nearly 30 years but a fat old lady I didn't know came up and put her arms around me 2 years ago at my Mum's funeral and as she kissed my cheek I knew that smell so well !
.
That was the first film which freaked me out so much that I almost blacked out. The bit where his friend visits him in the hospital and his face and neck are all ripped up.
It's only happened to me three or four times since (not in American Werewolf).
I still remember the first time I ever had a nightmare as a kid - the night after seeing the Cybermen for the first time.
Who dat? Both character and actor. Genuinely no idea.
