Because the use of the name Silver? Can I trademark a letter in the Alphabet too?
Reminds me of Mariah Carey contesting someone else trademarking “Queen of Christmas”.
Those who don't like this kind of thing won't be persuaded otherwise. Those who see the point won't be persuaded otherwise.
Those who enjoy playing guitar will continue to do so.
Trademarks exist, and will continue to do so.

"Take these three items, some WD-40, a vise grip, and a roll of duct tape. Any man worth his salt can fix almost any problem with this stuff alone." - Walt Kowalski
"Only two things are infinite - the universe, and human stupidity. And I'm not sure about the universe." - Albert Einstein
But now, it all makes sense suddenly...
Nobody other than a guitar geek would make any connection between the names "Theodore" and "McCarty"... and there's no danger whatsoever of said guitar geek confusing the two.
And as for "Silver Sky Nebula" clashing or being confused with "Silverburst"... just fuck off.
