I'm planning on just sitting quietly, but will bring a guitar or two (probs just some DiY things) to hold whilst sitting quietly.

Some of us are busy. Some others have more time. And others of us are just forgetful.

I have 8 basslines to learn in 2 hours. Not sure what to do with the other hour and a half tho...

Who does the middle bit?

I'd say the intro / open chord guy - Guitar 1 if you like.
It's the same sound / tone on the record.

Why not play the middle twice,  just reprise it at the end of the song and then finish the song again.
Second time, let crunchy power chord guitar 2 tackle it.
That shit is what floats a band live anyway, no matter how big or small and proper fans will notice it when you do it.

This whole thing is a great practical lesson in 'Band-Craft'.

Im not gonna lie Im practically winging it tomorrow. Ive got a few hours to practice but a few Brew Dogs in the fridge so whatever mess I make of things tomorrow is down to me being a dimwit and not playing as much as I usually do because of work. Sort of bricking it about singing as Im popping my cherry but I cant back out now.

I'm going to sit down tomorrow, I walked to the pharmacist and cleaned my car today, that's a lot of exercise for one weekend for me.

I'm bringing one electric and my acoustic, as well as my Katana 50, keeping it simple

I do appreciate the effort that's gone into enabling me to play this. Hopefully it will end up being fun, and not a massive burden. If it's a problem, if you can get the verse and chorus down, I think I can plug through the rest.
