What was the compensation? Did they give you a Telecaster?

@IvisonGuitars Not a chance! I’m still forever grateful   

@Kittyfrisk Not quite a Telecaster but it paid for the repair and just about covered all the postage costs, but didn’t completely compensate for the potential resale value loss (if I ever did sell it again) 

I had to jump through lots of hoops and I lost count of the emails. It wasn’t looking hopeful at one stage but I persevered....Parcelforce were always polite and responded via email... just don’t try and phone them

Great that you got an acceptable conclusion to this long running saga. You really shouldn't have had to work so hard to get there. Well done.
