Very polite. Nothing remotely argumentative. Just providing information.

That alone would cause 99% of solicitors to re-visit their assessment of the merits of representing him in such a matter.

Thanks - that was pretty much what I had in mind, should it arise; I've been quite careful to stick to the facts rather than respond in kind to the taunts and insults, and have collated the information & screenshots.

I also have statements from various people's similar experiences, including the one today whose experience mirrors mine.

It was a bank transfer and I saw it in my account.
