 Would this not be something that a consumer affairs programme might be interested in?  ‘Fraudster uncovered by social media group’ sort of thing?  Even a piece in a local newspaper would make it very difficult for the police not to act.

Can I play whichever character is played by Andy Serkis? I look a but like him and it'll play in a really good post-modernist way with the theme of fraud. Especially if I'm billed as him in the credits and get the same fee as he would.

I think he's probably a sociopath, although that term has been replaced by  Antisocial Personality Disorder these days.   All the classic symptoms are there.

He’s done me out of £110 for the sansamp pedal too. My refund says pending but from what I I’ve read he’ll cancel it last minute like he’s done to everyone else. 

One thing I’ve learnt from all this though is to not pay by PayPal gift and thank god I didn’t bank transfer him the money because then he would have my name, address and bank details. He’s dodgy as fuck so imagine the shit he could get up to with all that info.

So are the police investigating, and will they be looking at putting him behind bars ,as he obviously must have broken term of his suspended sentence? Needs locking up by sounds of things,but old bill seem to just not bother themselves keeping on top of such things.

Each victim should raise a case with Action Fraud and with their local police; each helps add up to an overall picture.

If the JCon case is anything to go by, Plod won’t be remotely interested. There was a shedload of evidence against him but the CPS told the police not to pursue it. The only thing that might provoke some action against this new fella is that he’s on a suspended sentence.

It’s also to do with the CPS. They seem to want cast iron assurances they will get a conviction out of a court case before they’ll pursue it. That might be to do with funding as well, of course.
