No argument. Both look fine. One looks anaemic yet classic, the other looks more rock and roll, but not as sophisticated. 

“Check out my Teles” would have been a better thread title.

Deviant! Pearl (and tort) have no place on a Tele..

Actually that said, you can get away with pearl on a thinline but no other telecaster...I have to say that as my sunburst ‘69 thinline has one.
