I've just been watching a couple of his videos on Youtube....  his body language screams 'liar'.  Watch his reluctance to look into the camera - eyes closed, looking up when talking, looking everywhere but straight on.

The only thing that disappointed me is that after reading Mike Landau statement I went onto LA Vintage's website and they are still listing the Vertex Wah with exactly the same guff and bullshit.

The only way Mason could have (almost) recovered was just being 100% and telling us what the mods are, he has dodged that question time and time again.  

Sorry Mason, I can't trust your products any more, which is a real shame because you actually seem like a very knowledgeable guy, who builds great looking boards
