I’ve just flicked through the Andertons video. The Duke seems generally brighter and maybe has a little less output but they didn’t alter the King trim pots to make that brighter. If you have a very exact tone in your head the King has more bits to twiddle. Then the Tone City sounded exactly like the King anyway.

I haven't got that Tony City. But I've got the very similar Model M - which is a hot rodded Marshall sound - and it's as great sounding as any expensive pedal I've used. Cheap as chips too.

Yup!  I mean where there dial is on the pedal is at a different position but that is expected.  The sound, however, I could not tell the difference!  Lee's face says it all really.

I am surprised they left it in but i guess to them, a sale of Tone City is still a sale. 

The MXR is fairly pricey, and now I can see the Tone City pedals being a hit.

To be honest the HX Stomp versions are incredibly close as well.
