Bit concerned about the state of the Jookster, he's not a well man and hasn't posted on FB since Nov last year, or his own blog since last August

I texted him earlier today - no reply yet though.

I hope he's "just" unwell, albeit that he'd be very unwell, and spending his time doing more important things.

He is, but not very often (last visit Jan 15) and not very actively (last post last April!).  I do really hope that the Diaz Guitar concept comes to fruition - he'd invested so much time and effort into it.

I seem to remember him posting that the Diaz Guitars thing had run its course in terms of funds/ progress etc...seemed disillusioned about it all from what I remember...BUT I may have remembered that wrong/ imagined it, and I hope so as I was really hoping to get my own pseudo-custom guitar one day

I suggested a while back that we could have a forum fund to help make the Ghost a reality, but I don't think the idea took off. Anyway, if it happened I'd be happy to contribute.
