With that out of the way, I thought the end was a fitting way to bring it to a close.   

The show started with the Starkes and ended with then, pretty much getting what the wanted in season one. Sansa the Queen, Arya the explorer and Jon got his family.    

Its been a great show from the opening episode and I am very sorry that is over.

So...what the next thing for us to watch?

Chernobyl for a quick 5 part fix... then probably hang in there for Watchmen

Stranger Things - forgot about that one! Yes - if you’ve seen the other series then this is a must watch. 

Dropped Mr Robot - just couldn’t get on with it.

I wish they hadn't killed off Ser Jorah in the battle against the dead and he had been the one to kill Daenerys once he saw how far she'd gone.  Her most loyal protector and the man who loved her so completely would have been a better choice imo especially if it was straight after she killed Jon or was about to. 

I also really want an Arya the pirate spin off series.

Yeah especially in season one, if you've ever looked at Emilia Clarke and gone "damn shes hot", you see a LOT of her in season one...
