@JookyChap kindly dropped this off last night; I'm going to be videoing a short clip of it in action over the next day or so, and can safely say that the winner won't be disappointed Very unique looking guitar, Jooky and @TTony have done a great job here. Still loving the finish Been playing it this afternoon, and it plays great. First impressions - the bridge pickup is very bright indeed, and has a lot of twang  The neck pickup (by @mojopickups) is very smooth and a bit different to what you'd usually get on a Tele. I like it. I've mostly been playing it with a fair amount of dirt (the bridge pickup sounds great with the tone rolled back too !), so tomorrow is messing about with some clean sounds. I've dug out the slide, so may try and include that, but I'm rubbish at it so no promises (Although I'm going to try and keep the whole thing fairly simple so you can actually (hopefully) hear what it sounds like, so I'll see how that goes).

Besides the usual superstitions '13 was a bit of a shocking year for me, so the signs aren't really good are they

Hopefully you got a decent amount of money into the tank for this place from it all, at any rate.

Cool that you like it @Vibetronic and really looking forward to seeing the video... I think the slide idea is a good call, the Gold Foil is made for that sort of bobbins
